SPORT READY NETBALL ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

 Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of undertaking netball lessons with Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte Ltd) the undersigned parent/guardian or participant (over 18) acknowledges, appreciates and agrees that:

1. Netball is physically challenging and carries with it risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. By participating in matches or training for matches, you accept and assume the ordinary risks arising from participation in those activities and accept that we shall have no duty to you or to any third party in respect of those risks.
2. I knowingly and freely take ownership of all risks foreseen and unforeseen and assume full responsibility for my participation.
3. I willingly agree and accept all rules and regulations enforced by Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte Ltd) and adhere to these rules in a responsible manner.
4. Personal Data, all data collected by Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte Ltd) will be held in best practice and held in a secure manner to ensure it is not incorrectly accessed, misused or lost. The protection of our members is our upmost priority.
5. Safeguarding - Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte Ltd) ensures all coaches are compliant and current with safeguarding procedures and promotes the protection of children and adults from all types of abuse. We aim to ensure the correct procedures are followed and organisations are informed in the event of suspected abuse. The Safeguarding Officer is Jessica Hinton.
6. Online payments are collected through GLOFOX.
7. In the event of a major emergency or accident Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte Ltd) coaching team will deal with the occurrence, including the call of emergency services if required, at the expense of the participant. This will happen as a matter of urgency and parents will be notified once help is on its way. Participants must have their own Insurance policy in place to cover such eventualities. For minor injuries first aid will be administered and parents notified of the incident or accident, either at the time of the injury or at the end of the lesson depending on the severity. Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte Ltd) will always have a competent and current First Aid administered on site.
8. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assign, personal representatives and next of Kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte Ltd) and Venues at which Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte Ltd) operate, referred to as the RELEASEES and their directors, coaches, employees and external consultants, WITH RESPECT TO ANY INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

I have read this release of liability and assumption of Risk Management and fully understand its terms. I understand that I have given up my substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.

Terms and Conditions

1. Registration is guaranteed upon receipt of payment, after selecting and being confirmed in a class time and that the individual is in the correct class.
2. Payment made is not transferrable or refundable once the class commences; payment secures the term.
3. There are NO make up classes, you pay for the term or the validity of the package deal.
4. Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte. Ltd) reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule classes at any time and if necessary.
5. All participants must be in good physical condition and know not of any medical condition, illness or injury prior to lessons commencing.
6. Once you are assigned a class day and time, this is your allocated slot. If a request for a permanent class move is required please speak to the Academy Manager and only if space available will this be considered.
7. Participants must bring their own water to classes.
8. Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte. Ltd) will not hold lost property whilst operating from satellite training venues. Participants must take care of their belongings.
9. Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte. Ltd) may use from time to time video equipment and photography for training aids. This is a tool for feedback and advanced analysis techniques. We may also use videos and photography for online promotions and marketing. All individuals featured will be asked permission prior to publication.
10. In larger training groups and netball classes rules enforced by the coaches must be adhered to at all times. Bad behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the Club. If removal occurs, there will be no refund of fees given.
11. Force Majeure – Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte. Ltd) will not be liable to the refund of fees or for any other penalty should the classes be cancelled due to war, fire, strike, lock out, industrial action, adverse weather and climate, accident, or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.

.12. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE Sport Ready (Singapore Trampoline Academy Pte. Ltd) REGISTRATION FORM at www.sportsready.com/registration prior to starting lessons.

13. PAYMENT FOR THE TERM MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO THE FIRST LESSON COMMENCING.
